Villages of GlenLakes Villa 1 Annual Meeting – 2025

Dear Villa 1 Owners,

On December 10, 2025, the GlenLakes Villa 1 HOA Board of Directors held the association annual meeting. However, although there was a quorum of the board there was not a quorum of the residents, so we postponed the annual meeting and continued with a board meeting to pass along pertinent information to the board and posted the full minutes on the website (glenhills.net).

Per the bylaws of the association, we must hold a follow up meeting within 60 days to handle certain activities such as approval of the budget for 2026 and the election of board members which requires a quorum of the association to perform the voting procedures.

Due to the holidays and travel we have set the time and date for the follow-up meeting and are communicating the details necessary for the meeting such as the agenda and notice of the meeting in this mailing. Our meeting is scheduled for:

Time: 3:00pm to 4:30pm

Location: GlenLakes Club Ballroom

The current Board is up for reelection for 2026. If you would like to run for a position on the Board, please utilize the included Self Nomination Form to express your interest in serving as a Board Member. Self-Nomination Forms must be returned by December 8, 2025, to be eligible to run. Please return the forms to the address listed at the bottom of this letter.

Our Board consists of five (5) positions, as defined in our By-Laws, which must be filled. The positions and current holders are as follows:

• Treasurer: Matt Cieutat – 9375 Bourbon Street
• Secretary: Sharon Savicki – 9406 Mississippi Run
• Member at Large: John Sim – 9395 Bourbon Court

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please utilize the enclosed proxy to assign voting rights and support the establishment of a quorum. Please return your proxy to the address listed below or through your proxy.
