Big Deal at December 2023 Annual meeting
First time in 30+ years, we had a full quorum of board and lot owners plus a record number of people at this meeting. Kudos to all who attended.

A big “THANK YOU” to the new board members Heather Castle, Matt Cieutat, Rich Miranda and Jeff Worboys who is just back after hand surgery.
This board will serve until the next annual meeting, December of 2024.
Glen Hills Pool Update
We have had some new pool problems. The immediate replacement of the reverse flow pump and motor is needed. We cannot clean the filters correctly. The pump and motor is part of the new pump house equipment contract. One bid is partially in and a second is out for quoting.
We have 4 bids on a new roof for the pool structure.
The roof and failed pump replacement bids will be presented to the Board for review ASAP.
Major pump house and pool heater/chiller bids will be presented to the board at a later date.
