Here we are April 1, gorgeous Spring day sunny and low humidity this is what Florida is all about. I wish there were more things happening, just a couple of changes.
The pool is up and open as of this past weekend with a new circulation pump, new filtration and vacuum pump to to keep the water clean and new commercial pool maintenance team overseeing the weekly monitoring and adjustment of the water. The system pumps out 100 gallons per minute providing fantastic circulation that is enough to enjoy a nice back massage!
The pool area has been cleaned and is ready for the summer and thanks to Matt the new maintenance team is in place to keep things tip top!
Moving forward on the roof…the tiles are on order and installation will be scheduled when a delivery date is available.
