Dear Villa 1 Owners,
As we near the end of 2025 the Villa 1 Board of Directors is preparing for the annual
meeting of the Villa 1 Association. This mailing will provide you with information
necessary for the meeting such as the agenda and notice of the meeting. Our meeting
is scheduled for:
Date: December 10, 2024
Time: 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Location: GlenLakes Club Ballroom
The Board will provide a review of the year, the 2026 budget and upcoming changes. Please take time to review the attached agenda.
The current Board is up for reelection for 2026. If you would like to run for a position on the Board, please utilize the included Self Nomination Form to express your interest in serving as a Board Member. Self-Nomination Forms must be returned by December 8, 2025, to be eligible to run. Please return the forms to:

Our Board consists of five (5) positions, as defined in our By-Laws, which must be filled. The positions and current holders are as follows:

• Treasurer: Matt Cieutat – 9375 Bourbon Street
• Secretary: Sharon Savicki – 9406 Mississippi Run
• Member at Large: John Sim – 9395 Bourbon Court
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please utilize the enclosed proxy to assign voting rights and support the establishment of a quorum.
